Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Garmin® smartwatches and wearable devices purchased from Kinetic, an authorized Garmin retailer in the Philippines, are covered by the following warranties:
a. Garmin Standard Consumer Limited Warranty
- Garmin non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
- During this period, Garmin may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective products or components at no charge for parts or labor.
- Proof of purchase from Kinetic is required for any warranty claim.
b. Garmin Philippines 1+1 Local Extended Warranty - Garmin products purchased in the Philippines through authorized retailers on or after January 1, 2024 are eligible for an additional one (1) year of local warranty, for a total of two (2) years of coverage.
- The extended warranty applies only within the Philippines and is subject to Garmin Philippines’ local warranty terms.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional failures under normal and intended use
Garmin may provide: - Repair using new or refurbished parts
- Replacement with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent model
- Refund of the purchase price (at Garmin’s discretion)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling
- Water damage beyond the product’s rated water resistance
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outside the Philippines
4. How to File a Warranty Claim (Online RMA)
Effective January 5, 2026, all Garmin warranty claims in the Philippines are processed directly by Garmin Philippines.

Steps to file an RMA:
- Visit the Online RMA portal and complete the application form.
- Prepare your Garmin watch, proof of purchase, and required details.
- Follow the instructions provided by Garmin Philippines for device pickup or submission.
- Wait for confirmation and service updates from Garmin.
All new RMA requests are handled exclusively by Garmin Philippines through their official Online RMA system.
5. Warranty After Repair or Replacement
- Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for ninety (90) days or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
6. Authorized Warranty Support
Warranty services are fulfilled by Garmin Philippines Authorized Service Centers, including door-to-door RMA service, subject to availability and service area coverage.

7. General Terms
- Warranty terms are subject to applicable Philippine consumer laws.
- Garmin reserves the right to amend or update warranty policies without prior notice.
- Kinetic acts solely as an authorized retailer and does not perform warranty repairs.
