Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Kinetic, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy to help resolve concerns promptly. Please read the guidelines below carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Eligibility
Product Condition
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
- Serial numbers must be intact and untampered
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date the product was delivered.
- Requests made beyond this period will no longer be eligible for return through Kinetic.
2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items (Important)
Upon receiving the unit, customers must contact Kinetic Customer Support within twenty-four (24) hours to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
If more than 24 hours have passed since receipt of the product, customers are required to contact Garmin Customer Support Philippines directly for assistance.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective or malfunctioning product
- Product damaged during shipping
- Incorrect product received
- Product recall initiated by the brand
4. Non-Acceptable Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Missing or tampered serial numbers
- Requests submitted beyond the return period
- Products without an official receipt or purchase record from Kinetic.com.ph
5. Return Authorization & Approval
All returns require prior approval.
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- You may be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number
- Instructions for return shipment will be provided
Kinetic reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet eligibility requirements.
6. How to Request a Return

- Date of Purchase
- Date of Order Receipt
- Proof of Purchase (required if no order number is provided)
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos and/or videos
⚠ No unboxing video, no return. This requirement is clearly indicated on our packaging.
7. Return Shipment
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service
The RA Number must be clearly indicated on the return package
8. Replacement Process
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt
Approved replacements will be issued with the same or equivalent model, subject to availability
9. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, customers may choose one of the following options:

Refund Timing
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your account.
