TERMS & CONDITIONS:
a. NAVCO. reserves the right to hold, suspend or block participants' accounts due to suspicious activity.
b. A participant can only win one (1) Grand Draw prize once.
c. Nauts and Vectors Company Inc. - reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning raffle entry. In the event that the winner is disqualified, the NAVCO reserves the right to redraw until a winner is found.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
1. Raffle draw winners will be notified by the NAVCO via registered mail, followed by SMS and website announcements in the next 24 hours. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of NAVCO with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
2. The winner shall receive the prize via online channels (vouchers) or pickup (gadgets) upon verification. For those in a different region, the prize/s will be sent to our on-ground local coordinators who will handle the release and documentation.
3. NAVCO reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke some winners as well as these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach, or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of NAVCO’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, or war. Any changes to the competition will be announced accordingly in concurrence with DTI.
4. Any disqualified winners will forfeit their prize in favor of the NAVCO prior to approval from DTI.
5. By participating in the raffle, winners agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of the NAVCO relating to the draw. The winner agrees that NAVCO may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as NAVCO considers fit (i.e. The winner's name to be published on the Company name website and social media pages).
6. NAVCO will shoulder the winner's tax relating to the raffle prize as well as the delivery fee within the Philippines as may be applicable.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold the NAVCO name free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
8. Employees of Garmin Philippines, Nauts and Vectors Company Inc., or any of its related partners for this draw, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the draw are not eligible to join the raffle.
