Descent X50i: Pre-Order Form 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the pre-order of Garmin fēnix 8 and fēnix E, and by your participation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the pre-order of Descent X50i, and by your participation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same.

Pre-order Confirmation and Payment:

1. Pre-orders are available from November xx 2024, to December 10, 2024.

2. Pre-orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited stock arriving in the Philippines.

3. Each customer must submit a duly accomplished pre-order form, which includes their full name, active mobile number, email address, and complete shipping address.

4. After submission, a representative from Garmin will verify your pre-order and request the mandatory P5,000.00 down payment to proceed with your order.

5. The down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, product delays, or any other reason.

6. Pre-ordered devices will be delivered to your indicated address. If your selected shipping address is located outside of Metro Manila, a Garmin representative will determine if your address is serviceable and, if not, will request an alternate shipping address.

7. Once your down payment is confirmed, please email the proof of payment to shopgarmin@gocommerce.asia.

8. After payment verification, a Garmin representative will send you a draft order for review. You will need to confirm and place the final order once the product arrives and is ready for dispatch.


Delivery and Shipping

1. Pre-ordered devices will be delivered to the shipping address provided.

2. For addresses outside Metro Manila, a Garmin representative will verify if the location is serviceable. If not, you will be asked to provide an alternative address.

3. Upon availability of the product, you will be contacted by a Garmin representative to settle the remaining balance.

4. Once the remaining balance is fully paid, same-day delivery will be made to customers within Metro Manila.

5. For customers outside Metro Manila, the order will be handed over to our partner courier, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


No Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be issued after the payment of the down payment or the full balance under any circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellation, change of mind, or product delivery delays.

2. Failure to settle the remaining balance within 7 days of being contacted will result in the cancellation of the order. Any payments made will not be refunded.


Warranty and After-Sales Support

1. All pre-ordered products are covered by NAVCO's standard warranty. If you encounter any issues with the device after delivery, please contact our customer support team at shopgarmin@gocommerce.asia.
